3、鸡胸脯肉放锅中,煮熟

5、把香葱丁,火腿丁和鸡胸脯丁放在一起,加适量盐拌匀

7、撒少许干面粉,把面擀成长方形。面擀的越薄,出来的花卷丝越细

9、把拌好的丁均匀的撒上去,并用手轻轻拍打,使丁和面皮更好的融合在一起

11、把尖端那一截不均匀的去掉

13、.把切断的面,拿起来,用两个手慢慢抻细
